  Question: Is there a limit to the ammount of times I can call you out?
  Answer: There are no limits to the ammount of times you can call us out to repair your boiler.

  Question: What if I change my mind?
  Answer: You have 14 days from us issuing your contract to cancel, if you change your mind.

  Question: Is my boiler and heating system inspected before you give cover?
  Answer: Yes, we inspect every system within 14 days of issuing your contract.

  Question: Is Home Shield a national company?
  Answer: Home Shield is still a family run company based in Kingston Upon Hull.

  Question: Do you provide cover outside of Hull
  Answer: Yes, we provide cover in any postcode beginning with: HU, DN and YO.
